For the record, I did remove the 411 button from my touchscreen (all by myself), however, the point of the matter being is that I as a consumer shouldn't have to go out of my way to delete a preprogrammed pay per call number out of my cellphone when it comes fresh out of the box - especially one that is tied together under the same corporate umbrella whose service I am already paying for.

And Bev, my apologies go out to you for assuming that since you were from Arizona, you were from the Verizon Wireless call center. I was on the defensive from others who seemingly out of nowhere came to this one post to spew unkind words.

And...Please do check out "alternate" energy sources in your area, it may be more affordable, which on top of helping save the envirnment, is a great thing.

Also...on a side of the side note, I do use this blog to get my crank out, among other things. It helps me be a much nicer and calmer human being in real life - where life actually happens.

Thanks for reading, thanks to the Vegas person for passing word of my blog along, and Bev, I hope that I can win you over with my slice of daily minutia.

oh I get why you are cranky... you are pregnant. Congratulations. You do have interesting blog posts. Especially the one you posted about "Wind" power.

In that case, your anger can get up there, as well as being emotional about everything when you are pregnant, so leave your GPS on... (you do know how right?)

Just think about this.. if you call 911, we respond, and no one is there. What happens? You get a lecture from one of our fine officers about the use of 911 and it for being real emergencies. And if it happens again, you get a big fine. That is what the 411 people do...give information...and if it is dialed by mistake, they charge you the nominal fee.

well, if you would like a something to grab another's attention, Here you go! Yes I am from Arizona, but this blog was sent to me from someone in Las Vegas, NV. Wow Go figure. Well as you said "stalker status”??? I’m not the one who is consistantly coming back to someone elses blog….and each time you leave a comment wordpress software displays your IP address on the backend, it’s only a click of the button to find out where you’re coming from, which in this case isn’t a massive data center in the midwest, just a huge home a short drive from Verizon Wireless world headquarters." you are smart enough to find someone's ip, but yet not smart enough to take out a freakin number out of your treo... what is the "real problem beehive?" Are you angry at Verizon or are you really angry at yourself for not figuring out your TREO?...Even as a 911 operator all it sounds like you are doing is whining! Get a life and a basic phone. And please turn off the GPS so no one can find you...

I find it to be quite interesting to see that two of the haters in this comment section are coming to us mysteriously from Arizona...

Quite odd, and it in no way is from the fact that the Verizon Wireless call center is in Arizona, huh middled aged Bev?

This was fantastic and having worked in IT infrastructure for as long as I have you should be aware that you now have cement proof, thats concrete I mean about being harassed by the company itself that you spoke out against. You see, when one of their number uses an IP address from their offices to rail you and cuss you it is something that is greatly frowned upon by the corporate higher ups that be. I hope "Nicole" has a box big enough to hold all her stuff in when HR comes to visit her about this for all the slanderous comments she hit you with after your reporting a bad customer service rep to the world. My hope is that you continue to pursue this with the fortitude of a Viking warrior. Keep us posted on any news with this, oh you will anyway, what am I saying. Hails and horns.
