Old Bessy here is on her last leg.

When I went in this morning to check on her she went to roll out some of her paper towel, but had difficulties. 

She sounded as though she had a whooping cough, and vibrated uncontrollably the entire time she was dispensing.   

Even though I wasn’t of fan of hers when she first came around, she decidedly won me over with her near constant supply of paper towels. 

I think that I’m going to have to leave the building when the building maintenance people come up and work on her.  I just can’t bare to see her with her insides all strung about, or worse, hear her deathly screams of pain as they tighten a bad screw.

Hopefully Old Bessy here won’t be going up to Paper Towel Dispenser Heaven anytime soon…yet at the same time, it pains me to ask her to put up a struggle via the wave of my sopping wet hands for her to expunge more paper towels so that I can dry my hands with.  She just can’t go on like this much longer…
