What are they actually trying to say here?

I just don’t get that H, it just looks so wrong…and even if they are trying to say “Woo Hoo!” aren’t they the bank that likes to shorten things? Washington Mutual…WaMu… Why not do the more recognized spelling of Woo Hoo! ?
Some thing in life are not better of a mystery, and this is one of them.
