Brad Prowly - Living Legend!

I’ve witnessed thousand upon thousands of live performances over the course of the past ten or so years. One performer that stands out as just being amazing is Brad Prowly.
I remember sitting in the old Collective Unconscious on Dudelow Street and he walked in unannounced and was immediately put up next on stage - either by Faceboy or Reverend Jen, not sure who.
Anyway, he walked up to the mic holding an big old boombox, placed it down on the floor, pushed play, and then sang his heart out to the Rolling Stones music of Sympathy For The Devil. He didn’t lip sync, or sing along to Mick, HE sang, and it blew me away.
He sang another song that slips my mind at this moment (and it was just as awesome), and when he was done he walked out the door and into the night leaving the place stunned and blow away by what they just witnessed with people desperately asking who that was.
I was in shock by how great his two song set was, and I have been fortunate enough to be in rooms a couple of more times when he happened to walk in and do the same magic with different songs.
Brad is spectacular, and you should all check out some of his work…
