The Bay Ridge/Fort Hamilton section of Brooklyn tends to get thought of as being a quiet and peaceful place in Brooklyn. Low crime rates and no violent crimes – or so many a resident would think.
Most gory acts in the neighborhood get swept under the rug with a blind eye – that’s why I’ve put together the Bay Ridge Gore Tour!
We kick off the inaugural stop of the Bay Ridge Gore Tour with a stop at what was once a den full of skell drinkers, the now boarded up and padlocked, B.R. Stars.
B.R. Stars was on the corner of 93rd and 4th Avenue.
Back in November of 2004, bartender James Trippett was shot four times in the torso, apparently the work of one of his fellow B.R. Stars bartenders, James Pallonetti.
Simply brutal!!!

Hopefully Pallonetti is enjoying his time in the NY penal system. He got off far too easily for what he did to my cousin. I once thought the death penalty was the only punishment for murders, but Pallonetti is locked up and hopefully being beaten, raped and eventually killed by another imate. Jimmy was a good guy who is greatly missed by his family.
I realize what happened to trippet was really bad but lets not make trippet out to be something he’s not. There were very deep seeded problems between trippet and pallonetti that you no nothing about. Also nobody in prison is hurting pallonetti in any way. He’ll do his time and hopfully come out a better person.
get over yourself
And how do you expect he’ll come out a better person?? He obviously did not come out a better person after the first 3 years he spent in prison in the early 80′s for armed robbery. Regardless of whether or not he and Jimmy had “deep seeded” issues, Pallonetti had no right to kill Jimmy. It seems to me that Pallonetti solves all of his issues with guns….and as far as “getting over myself”….this has nothing to do with me and more to do with a murderer and a victim. And you are right, noone in prison is hurting Pallonetti in anyway….but that’s okay, he’ll be 67 when he’s eligible for parole (if even he gets it then or is even still living at that time) and I’m sure it’s no parade being locked up every day of your life. Just know that we (Jimmy’s family) enjoy every day that Pallonetti is locked up and not out roaming the street being the repeat offender that he is. By the way….were you in court the day he was sentenced? You missed out if you weren’t!!!
Paul?? You sound like a fucking faggot. Im sure you are GHETTO TRASH just like Pallonetti….Did you fuck him in the ass like the guys in prison are right now HAHA
Closing this thread down to comments since it sounds like most people who are googling the names on this page are old school Bay Ridge backwoods scumbags.
Thanks for coming by and maybe I’ll see you begging for change while looking like a bunch of skells in front of Dunkin’ Donuts sometime in the future.
