It’s no secret that I wasn’t a fan of a widespread Katie Cut, and I’m not sure how I feel about her latest haircut invention.

It kind of makes her look like a 50something year old Joan Collins…

She’s so attractive she can support any cut… at least I think. That’s a seventies Sassoon and it looks great on her… back in my day that was fifty minutes max.

i have the same cut… and have for a year. it looks great with my dresses with shoulder pads….

Yea generally a cut like this needs to be styled foreward and then brushed back so the wave ‘flips’ over its self. If the cut is done correctly, using several sections, each section pulled down to the cutting line… then when styled the bulk appears which is the trademark of the cut. On the right client it’s glorious but they must be shown how to style it so it looks good all the time and that’s good for business.

And I’ll bet you turn heads too. Have new tips put on it — by the same stylist — every month to six weeks [max] or it will lose that sassyness…
