People in NYC can sometimes be easily classified into the “Haves and the Have-Nots”.
Sometimes people from each category fall into a shared subcategory called “Cat Burglars”.

Cat burglars are very sneaky little thieves who break into places without being noticed until after they are gone. They are an annoying menace that is an unfortunate reality of living life in the city.
Plus when you’re living in a 500 square foot apartment and don’t hear the cat burglar when they come and go, it really irks you!

Wow I didn’t think it was still such a problem in NYC, but I guess I’m not all that surprised either. As someone who doesn’t live in NYC, I love it!
