I Hate NYC # 7 Stop & Go Walkers

New York City is a city that is built perfectly for walking.  Depending on what two point you are trying to get to walking can be the fastest way of getting there.

One of the big snags about walking that drives all of the locals crazy is that when everyone is in a rush to get to where they are going, some moron will realize that they don’t know where they are going and instead of walking off to the side to figure out where they need to be will stop in place - wherever they may be - no matter if it is at the top of a staircase, or in a doorway, or just out in the middle of the sidewalk - they don’t care.

  1. Ahhh I hate those people!!! No matter where I am!

  2. Ah the people who don’t know how to walk! That is one thing I don’t miss about the city.

My old office was on 7th Avenue, and those double-decker red tour buses had an office and dropoff/loading stop there. Some mornings, I’d have to push through people just to get into my building!

Okay, in a weird way, maybe I miss it, just a little.
