Decrepit Citi Field

Decrepit:
1: wasted and weakened by or as if by the infirmities of old age.
Ladies and Gentlemen, the brand new and still under construction Citi Field is visibly rusting in Queens!!!
This is what the left hand side of the “main gate” on 126th Street looks like.
I hope this stadium lasts more than three years once it is completed.

So what you’re saying is that something in Flushing is collapsing? I guess the stadium knows it’s an annual tradition.

This post is absurd. Citi Field is certainly not decrepit. I happen to work on a competing stadium in NYC. The rust is from bolts connecting the steel to the concrete column. Before the stadium is turned over, they will be replaced and the rust will be washed out. This post is really a stretch…
