As someone who for years worked for a banking institution, I can safely say that one of the things that most all bank employees look forward to are bank holiday dates – New Years Day, MLK Day, Washington’s Birthday (aka Presidents Day), Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
Each and every one of those days felt like the world is saying F*CK YOU, WORK!!!
Well, this year Chase bank is the one with their middle finger up in the air…
I’m almost certain that their employees will receive a floating holiday for the day, but they’ll still have to work that day – which is a BIG F.U. to employees.
