Court Street Decor

If you’ve ever walked along Court Street between the giant movie theater and Brooklyn’s Borough Hall you might have noticed a little place called Empire Bail Bonds, and their little doorway…

Empire Bail Bonds sits in an old building that has quirky and cool old detail to it…like this little guy writing…

He’s maybe six inches tall, and he’s facing down – which is just odd, and I’d really like to know why he’s facing down like that.

Tree Porn – Giant Stump!

Check out this GIANT stump of a felled London Plane tree…

It was sitting out in the parking lot of Shea Stadium, all stumpy and such.

Jungle View Of The Brooklyn Bridge

I really like this trick shot of the underbelly of the Brooklyn side of the Brooklyn Bridge – and yes, that is a detour sign that fell and is hanging underneath the bridge.

Doesn’t it look like you’re on a tropical island, looking up through the jungle and seeing the bridge that leads to nowhere?

Citi Field Almost Ready

With Spring Training happily under way, it’s good to see that Citi Field is looking as if it is just about ready to go.

Just look at all of those empty green seats, and this!

Citi Field has the standard Willets Point Orange Foul Pole up, ready and in place!

Citi Field Gears Up For Tickets Sale

Mets fans are ready to buy their single game tickets for the upcoming 2009 baseball season…

Citi Field is almost ready to accomodate them…they just need to take the shrink wrap off the booths and get people to the ticket windows.

Spring is almost here!
