Owning and driving one of these things on my own private lake has always been a dream of mine…

Although I wouldn’t have any sort of duck or quack of any kind written on it.

There are some things that are better off being kept quiet and in one’s own personal vault. At times that personal vault is broken into and this happens…

I really don’t want to know what happened in the park last night…but I’m guessing someone left this as a trophy for the world to see.
Coolness!!!

One of the best features of Alcatraz is the fact that plants overtook the island after the prison was closed, and with the plants comes bees!!!
I found this guy near the West Road between the Cell-house and Recreation Yard.

He was holding on tightly with the wind blowing to the point that I was holding onto my hat and leaning into the wind so that I wouldn’t fall over.
I found the bee population on Alcatraz to be noticeably different than the bees on the mainland and far different than the bees in NYC.
They’re far more nubby and they keep their antenna closer to their face in a more 180 degree line…TOTAL COOLNESS!!!

While in San Francisco I passed by the old Pacific Coast Stock Exchange building and found that it is now the home of an Equinox gym.

God Bless Capitalism!
