We found Brooklyn’s best scarecrow out on duty the other morning outside the Grand Sichuan House in Bay Ridge. (Best darn Chinese food around this neck of the woods.)
It’s doing a great job at keeping the avenue clear of birds of a feather. If only it had the same power to keep the birds of the local OTB from a few doors down away…
