After more than a year of silence, our favorite author of passive aggressive notes, Richard Martin, has returned!

For those unfamiliar with the background: Martin had been the superintendent of an apartment building for more than a decade. He was lazy, rude, and used to post passive aggressive and bigoted notes to his tenants on the front door of the apartment building. Local NYC papers picked up on his crazy ways. Martin ended up getting fired due to the stir he was causing in the press and the fines that he was bringing to the building due to the poor way he disposed of the building’s garbage.
He also brought all of the garbage cans up to the roof out of spite, and then began leaving all of the garbage in the hallway out of spite. He also doesn’t pick up after his dogs. So the above note is rife with irony.
Lastly, this whole mess could be yours if you have $2,575,000.00 to spare. Yes, the building that has the old crank of a man who writes those passive aggressive notes is up for sale. You know you want the multi-million dollar headache.
