This is the Courtesy Motel. It sits along the side of the road in Fort Lee, NJ. We always see it while sitting in traffic, awaiting for things to clear up before the toll at the George Washington Bridge.
Whenever we see it, we want to crawl across the highway (there isn’t an exit to it from where we usually are), get a room and give up on traveling for the night. New Jersey traffic is THAT bad.
We imagine that the bulk of the Courtesy Motel’s business comes from people giving up trying to drive back to New York City from somewhere within only ten miles west of it.
