When it comes to automobiles, a visit to Argentina is a must. They have a ton of older model vehicles on the road, along with a ton of newer models.

There’s nothing like the classics.

Last week we were suckered into buying a Shamrock Shake at McDonald’s, and by suckered, we mean had to go out of our way to find a Shamrock Shake at a McDonald’s.

After visiting four McDonald’s over the course of two days, we finally got our hands on this little green shake that is supposed to drive people insane with desire. We went, we bought, we sipped, we were disappointed at first with it, we were in lust with it several sips later, and then we finally had ourselves a belly ache.
We can now say that while we still aren’t sure how this was ever something that drove people to scour the scores of New York City McDonald’s in search of it, but we can say that we drank a green shake like a gluttonous fool until it hurt.
As a lifelong Brooklynite, we are something of a New York Pizza connoisseur. We love pizza, the various flavors that different pizza shops provide, and the fact that most tourists will only venture into places that we feel are terrible pizza shops like Grimaldi’s, Ray’s and Sbarro.

These are some of our NYC favorites in no particular order:
Luigi’s in Hell’s Kitchen – regular slice.
Rosario’s on the Lower East Side – regular slice.
Bay Ridge Pizza of Bay Ridge – regular slice or vodka slice.
Little Vincent’s on the Upper East Side – regular slice.
Koronet’s on the Upper West Side – jumbo slice.
Casa Calamari in Bay Ridge – square slice.
Lombardi’s of Little Italy – regular pie.
Stromboli in the East Village – the chicken slice or regular slice.
Antonio’s on the Park Slope/Prospect Heights border – regular or square slice.
Famous Famiglia (hard to believe, but yes, a Ray’s) in Hell’s Kitchen – regular slice.
Pizza Wagon in Bay Ridge – regular slice.
Michaels in Prospect Heights – regular slice.
Ben’s Pizza in the Village – regular slice.
New Pizza Town on the Upper West Side – pepperoni slice.
Layla Jones in Cobble Hill – Plain Jane squares (Pictured above).
But the best slice of New York Pizza isn’t even in New York — it’s an hour and 40 minutes northeast of NYC by train in New Haven, CT.

Holy Cow!
The squares of Town Pizza Restaurant in New Haven arguably blows each and every one of New York’s Best Pizza out of the water. We were shocked at how delicious their squares were and thought that we were going to have to denounce our love of New York pizza, seek refuge at this restaurant, and never eat pizza from anywhere else ever again. Yes, it is THAT good!
