If You’re Going To Mock Jennifer Lopez Do So Correctly

We found this desecrated poster of Jennifer Lopez on the 9th Street R train subway platform.  We enjoy what the tagger was going for with “Mark Anthony” (sic).

But the real joke is on the tagger, he or she couldn’t even mock Jennifer Lopez correctly.  They didn’t know enough about her to know that her soon to be ex-husband is actually named Marc Anthony.  Oh anonymous tagger, you only fooled yourself.

I’m Lovin’ It

While in London, we noticed these mobile garbage collection units outside of some of their McDonald’s.  We assume that they actually pay employees to go out and find the trash that their customers discard on the floor of the neighborhood that surrounds their McD’s.

What a WILD concept!  Such a shame McD’s doesn’t employ such practices here in the States.  You know, trying to be a good neighbor and all.  Instead, we live with the filth of McD’s until the wind picks it up or the rain washes it down into sewers.

Mini Storage Advertising Goes Existential

Yet another Manhattan Mini Storage billboard has caught our eye…

But the real question is whether or not the carpet matches the drapes — because you might have left the matching set in storage!!

Creepiest Subway Personals Ad

We found this personal advertisement on the northernmost beam of the Manhattan bound D/N/R platform at the 36th Street subway station in Brooklyn.

“Arden” can pay that big money because he is saving his cash by not putting his ad in the back of the Village Voice, and by not paying for a shrink to help him figure out the cause behind his vile perversion.

Julia Roberts: Eat Drink Live

Something is telling us that Bay Ridge’s Mocha Mocha Coffee is going to one day be called Julia Roberts Coffeehouse…

Because they’ll likely have to pay up eventually, once the people behind Julia Roberts find out that Mocha Mocha Coffee is using Julia Roberts’ image, with a corny play on the book/film Eat Pray Love to bolster its sales of gelato — unless Julia Roberts really sold out and is allowing Mocha Mocha Coffee to use her image to sell gelato, in which case, Julia, we have a blog that we’d like for you to talk about at all of your publicity engagements!
