Toons Throwback
We recently spotted ‘Toons’ on the pulled down gate of a closed down bodega. ‘Toons’ is a tag that we haven’t seen in years.
In the mid to late 90s ‘Toons’ was everywhere we looked and was usually accompanied by a friendly ‘Tops’ tag nearby. We even rode a bus one day and watched Toons and Tops work their scratchitti.
We can’t help but wonder what the heck ever happened to Toons.
