Going to Coney Island is always an experience for there is always a colorful cast of characters and things to be seen out there.
Here’s what we saw on a brisk 45 degree F November Sunday morning!
A man impersonating Liza Minelli cornering people for some sort of guerrilla film shoot.
Playland looking as though it truly is on the edge of civilization.

The “I’m not too old for this!” old man who fishes on the rocks out in the water.

(We love this shot!)
Birds chillin’ on the quiet and peaceful Cyclone.

Manbearpig wearing an extremely small speedo.

Yes, he was actually wearing that in 45 degree weather – not that it would be better off worn in warmer weather!
Lastly, Coney Island showing off what it truly is:

A torn and tattered piece of Americana that exemplifies greed, half-heartedness and neglect — from the sign of the Coney Island Development Corporation to the lights being on in the bright sun at 11AM to the decrepitly rusting parachute drop to the desecrated American flag ’proudly’ flying above — it’s all there!
