Like all good Americans, we enjoy both strips of bacon and ranch dressing more than we should, because that’s what being an American is all about. Merica! We also love pizza too and we are thankful that someone has figured out how to combine all three into a delicious slice of heart attack at Pronto Pizza in Croton-on-Hudson.
Though it is far from being the world’s best tasting pizza (which is in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where the intelligent and refined Italians moved to), it is still quite yummy.
We’ve been seeing this face graffiti literally all over Brooklyn. This particular piece is on 39th Street and 13th Avenue in Boro Park.
We don’t “get it” and wouldn’t be surprised if it was a drug possession claim or something of the like, but we like to think of this annoying graffiti as the geekiest piece of graffiti imaginable… What with the double circles and a septagon creating the rough image of a face.
We did it, we found the two best United States mailboxes in all the land. Look at these beautiful, the most beautiful, mailboxes in all the land that sit at the corner of Remsen Street and Hicks Street in Brooklyn Heights.
We never knew that U.S. Mail relay boxes could be anything but green. Mind = blown!
While serving our civic duty of sitting in a room full of strangers for jury duty, our view was of the latest construction rumblings going on in downtown Brooklyn.
We can’t wait for the sun to be blocked even more so, all in the name of progress.
